Ever feel like the cares of life crowd out the things that matter most? 🏡💸

Meet Obed-Edom. He started out terrified to even have the Ark of the Covenant in his house—but once he encountered God's presence, he couldn't get enough of it. Porter, doorkeeper, harp player… "Pick me, pick me!" And over a hundred years later, when the city was under attack and everyone else was running for their lives, they found one old man refusing to leave the house of God.

This short devotion both convicts and inspires. 💛

You're one person in 7 billion. Milbank is one small town in the midwest of a giant country.

But one speech, by one person in Milbank launched American Legion Baseball - a program that touches all fifty states and parts of Canada. Huge impact often comes from small causes. In the Kingdom of God, that's the rule rather than the exception.

God specializes in multiplying. And even though our contribution can seem insignificant in the grand scheme of the world, your "small sacrifice" can be His starting line for mighty miracles.

Be faithful and don't discount the power of all the things you can do for God. You are important, and you are needed. Step up.
