Please join us on our journey through Holy Week to Easter at First Christan Church! (next door to the Library)

Thursday, April 2 ∙ Maundy Thursday: Join us at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall for a Taste of Seder.
This will give a glimpse of what the Last Supper could have looked like. We will then move to the
Sanctuary for our Darkening or Tenebrae service.

Friday, April 3 ∙ Good Friday: The Sanctuary will be open for self-guided prayer, scripture reading,
communion, and private devotions with Rev. Zane Whorton. You may arrive and leave as you wish
during the hours of 7–9 am and 12–2 pm.

Sunday, April 5 ∙ Easter Morning: Join us at 9:00 am in the Fellowship Hall for scripture, singing, and a
carry-in breakfast. Everyone is invited to bring a breakfast or brunch dish to share.We will start at 9:00 am sharp to allow time for fellowship and choir practice.

While there will be no traditional Sunday School, there will be a short lesson for children and youth before the service begins.
At 10:30 am, the Easter Celebration will take place with traditonal festivites in the Sanctuary.

All Lent and Holy Week services are great
opportunities for inviting a friend to come with you.
