New Wine People

New Wine People A church working to see our lives transformed and our communities made better by the love of Jesus. We meet Sundays at 11am.

New Wine is a new church, working to gather a group of people that want to be transformed and see our community transformed by the good news Jesus brought. Sundays at 11am you’ll find us grilling and getting closer to Jesus at the parks in Mason. There is always a free lunch and a good time for the kids. Like our page to track where we will pop up next. Come check us out, especially if yo

u thought church was stuffy, pretentious, or irrelevant. Jesus said you can’t pour new wine into old wineskins. If you do, the leather skins would burst, because they had already been stretched and formed into a certain shape. The message Jesus came to bring was new in its time, and it’s still new now. We believe that the good news Jesus brought was kind of subversive and disruptive to the way things are always done. If Jesus wants to do new things in our community, we will need to find some new wineskins to hold the new wine.
