A Morning Blessing

May this day bring you clarity
to hear the honest rhythm of your heart
and find your way back to what is true.
May whatever feels tangled up within you
have room to loosen, unfold and breathe.
May light reach the places
you are still learning how to carry,
and may understanding come to you
in its own time.
May this day make room for all of you:
—your hesitation and your strength,
your tenderness and your fire,
the questions you carry and
the answers already growing within you.
May you hold what is fragile
with care, while remembering
all that is capable within you.
And may you move through this day
with the freedom to be unfinished,
the wisdom to trust your own rhythm,
and the grace to let yourself just be.
