We gather in worship without fear.
We open our Bibles freely.
We raise our children, love our families, and live out our faith openly.
We share the Gospel because others stood in the gap for freedoms we often take for granted.

The liberties we enjoy today were never truly free, they were secured through sacrifice, courage, and lives willingly laid down.

Today we honor those who gave everything so we could live freely with the people we love most.

“Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13

When God calls us into healing, He will call out the things that are keeping us captive in order to pour His promises, truth, hope, and love into us. There is an emptying of the things that cause death in our lives. And a filling of His life.

We pray and then what… ?

When we pray and wait, faith and perseverance is built. When we pray, we know that God is good. We wait and marinate in His love and unlimited grace. Even if the result is not what we wanted, God will always come through with what we need.

The marinating process isn’t always about us. But our lives being a living example of God’s supernatural power in us.
