Local well known artist, Julia Noyes is the featured exhibit the month of May at St. Mark's on the Campus. Paintings include religious motifs such as Jesus, Mary, the cross, beautiful dancers, the historic capitol, florals and portraits. There's something for everone to enjoy. Join us during church hours. Julia will join us for service this Sunday and will be available for questions or to talk about her art.

Potluck Possibilities at the Lion -- Come eat, listen, and learn with us!
Fourth Fridays of the Month, 5:30 PM -- 7:30 PM
St. Mark’s on the Campus Episcopal Church (map), 1309 R Street, Lincoln, NE 68508
On March 27, Potluck Possibilities at the Lion will feature Andy Peterson, Director of the Lux Center for the Arts. Andy will talk about the Lux Center and its mission of transforming lives through art. The Lux Center is a community of art lovers providing education through art classes, artist in residency programs, gallery exhibitions, and community outreach.
The potluck meal is optional. SMoC volunteers focus on providing main entrees (proteins). Guests can bring fruit, vegetables, bread, desserts – or anything they’d like to share. Plates, tableware, and basic beverages are provided. Dietary concerns? You are welcome to bring your own food and sit to eat and listen with us!

Potluck Possibilities at the Lion -- Come eat, listen, and learn with us!

Fourth Fridays of the Month, 5:30 PM -- 7:30 PM

On February 27, Potluck Possibilities at the Lion will feature Rev. Beth Graverholt from Justice in Action (JIA). JIA is an interfaith, grassroots coalition of faith communities in Lancaster County, Nebraska, that harnesses the power of organized people to address big community problems. The evening will begin at 5:30 pm with a shared potluck meal, followed at about 6:30 pm with shared insights and updates from JIA.
