Laurel Presbyterian Church

Laurel Presbyterian Church Laurel Presbyterian Church welcomes all who want to share and experience God's love and grace in a community of faith.

Here at LPC we hope that God will take our minds and think through them, that God will take our lips and speak through them, that God will take our hands and work through them, and that God will take our hearts, and set them on fire. We believe that God provides us opportunities to grow in faith and discernment through shared experiences of grace in times of joy and sorrow. We also believe that th

e Holy Spirit calls us to use this faith and discernment to reach out to share hope and joy with all people. Ultimately, Laurel Presbyterian Church's response to this calling defines us as a church.

Today we are celebrating LPC's Choir and our Director of Music Ministry, Natalie Beale. Long-tim choir member Scott Birdsong says Natalie is "more than a director, choir master, composer, pianist/organist, she brings to our group both talent, wisdom, love, and a deep spirituality.” Our choir members take joy in their ministry of music and in each other, "a small family within the larger church family," according to Alicia Bowen.

As the choir takes a break for the summer, we are looking for volunteers to play an instrument or sing a solo, duet, or small ensemble. All are welcome. If any have a song they want to sing, or want to sing but need a song — we can always find a song to sing!! Contact Natalie Beale to volunteer.

Our Pentecost sermon is now available on YouTube and as an audio podcast on Amazon, Spotify, or Apple.
