Founded in 2008 to promote the discovery of Jesus through sports. Laurel Upward Sports is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Laurel, Maryland. Since 2008, we have been the premiere youth sports association in Laurel, offering boys and girls of all skill levels a positive and competitive youth sports experience with an emphasis on sportsmanship and character.

Memorial Day is intended for us to honor and remember our fallen, those who have sacrificed and died in service to our nation and to the freedoms we enjoy. At 3PM today is the annual National Moment of Rememberance. Wherever you are at 3PM local time, please pause and say a prayer for one minute to remember those who have died in service to the Unites States. With gratitude & thanksgiving.

Rather in-route to Florida to cheer on his son Nico at the USA men’s gymnastics National Championship Tournament. But still going in Upward Sports style.
