We're all done with our food drive and we are very moved. Thank you all for your generosity in giving a tremendous amount of food and funds. What you've given will make a difference in the lives of many and the world has more love in it for what was given today.

They day may be damp but not the spirits of the people. We've had a good start to the day so far for our food drive for KACS. Also a thank you to our downtown neighbor The Original Hot Bagels for giving us coupons to gand out to folks who donate.

Tomorrow's forecast: Rain showers with a 100% chance of people still collecting donations for KACS so that we can work together to do what Jesus told us to do. Thank you all for your faithfulness, your love, and compassion. We sure do have a mighty community filled with folks willing to do good things.

We'll be back at it this Saturday! Stop by and give what you can. When we all give a little bit, it adds up to something tremendous. Also, to all you gardeners with a bountiful harvest this summer, KACS does take fresh produce. You can either take it straight to them or we can drop it off for you if you bring it on Saturday.

Well we're closing up shop here but we've seen a wonderful turnout for this first Saturday. Thank you all for giving so much. You are a blessing. We'll be back out next Saturday!
