The Shafer family has supported The Salvation Army of Knoxville for decades. Last year, we honored Bo Shafer with our Legacy of Service Award, recognizing his longtime leadership and his important role during the development of The Salvation Army of Knoxville's Thompson Center of Hope in the 1990s.
