Good morning, all, and happy Sunday. As you have figured out by now, the Sunday service for Redeemer City is now being broadcast from a different and better source than my phone. The first Sunday of the new link, I posted it everywhere but here, and I apologize for that. Another day I tried texting to several people
then last Sunday posting the actual link. The broadcast is on a different platform than fb now. This morning and going forward you will be seeing the link posted right here. This note is going out early to let you prepare if you're far away or can't get out AND to invite you to join us in person if you can!!

Church Family,

I want to encourage you to join us tomorrow night at 6:00 PM for "Wednesday Worship, Word + Prayer" at Redeemer City at Oakwood.

One of God's gifts to us as a church family is the opportunity and a place to gather together during the week — to sing, open His Word, and spend time in prayer alongside one another.

As we continue settling into this new season at Oakwood, I'm praying the Lord would grow and knit us together as a church. If you can, join us tomorrow night as we continue pursuing Christ together... for the joy of Knoxville.

OBC will not be having prayer meeting and choir practice this Wed night May 6th due to the funeral services of John Redwine. His family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 PM with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM at Black Oak Heights Baptist Church 405 Black Oak Dr, Knoxville. Burial will be 11:00 AM on Thurs. May 7 at Greenwood Cemetery 3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville. Please continue to pray for Steve, Kelly, and the Redwine family.
