Following Back to School Worship - Sunday Sundae Faith Fuel Races! Kids summer series "Faith Fuel" ignited a wonderful time together. After worship, enjoy a Sundae (with all toppings), build Lego cars (together with parent's and grand parents), race them, and have a blast!

All family Back to School Sunday Worship! Our kids served everywhere (like most Sundays)! Kids/Teens were involved in greeting, tech, and worship! Different parents prayed over every grade level through college career as well as for educators as they all adjust to the rhythm of school. We looked into the early church experience in Acts and how Lakeside is continuing to proclaim Jesus. Things wrapped up with ice cream sundaes!

As our kids, students, teachers, and school staff step into a new school year, Acts 2:41–47 reminds us what it looks like to be surrounded by a faithful community. The early church learned together, prayed together, shared life together, and cared for one another with generous hearts. This Sunday, we’ll celebrate that same calling as a church family, praying over our students and educators and asking God to help us encourage, support, and walk alongside one another in the year ahead.

Summer is wrapping up fast. Today Lakeside had our last outdoor worship of the summer. We explored Jesus call to forgive one another as we've been forgiven by God, lifted our voices in song, laughed, cried a little, and cheered as Ava took the step of baptism, declaring her faith in Jesus!
