'The Table' is a new community and faith oriented worship experience that happens monthly on the 3rd Sunday at 5:30 pm in the downstairs Fellowship Hall of Kirkland Congregational United Church of Christ. It is free and open to the public regardless of religious affiliation. Each worship experience includes a dinner, music, discussion, interactive liturgy, prayer and communion. Our band is led by
Luke Kreikemeier, with worship by Rev. Ryan Lambert, discussion and prayer involve all in attendance (and is optional). This service happens around tables...where we can see each other, talk easily to one another, and build the community of Christ. All are welcome! Join us at 106 5th Ave. in Kirkland. The Table gathers in the basement Fellowship Hall--enter on the 5th Avenue (South) side of the building. NOTE: We encourage anyone who plays an instrument to bring it and play along! We will be Jamming a slew of great songs both new and classic and will have chords and lyrics displayed. We will encourage kids and adults to dance, sing, and/or play along on this journey that is both liturgical and musical!

We all have tables in our homes—we eat there, we stack our mail there, and we might even place our feet on the edge of the table when we are relaxing. When we gather with friends and family we often do so around a table—where we share food, share stories, laugh, and cry. At our tables we fill our bodies, nurture our souls, and meet one another—we become community, and even family, around tables.
