We are so thrilled that you've decided to get to know us! We are committed to following Jesus and helping others on their journey to get to know Him.

Our goal is that everyone feels loved and welcomed here with a sense of belonging. Come worship with us! We are a local body of believers that are firmly grounded in the Bible and have Jesus as our head. We strive in everything that we do to love God with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength...and to love our neighbors as our self. We are passionate about our active and dynamic adult, youth a

nd children's ministries as well as our local and foreign service and outreach! We currently support indigenous missionaries and congregations in India and Haiti!

Congratulations to Cheyene! 🎓✨

Our church family gathered together to honor Cheyene for her graduation (and with honors!), and what a wonderful celebration it was! From sharing a delicious meal to hearing stories and memories from throughout her life, the afternoon was filled with laughter, love, and gratitude.

🙏A huge thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this such a special day!

Cheyene, we are so proud of all your hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. More importantly, we want you to know how deeply loved you are by your church family. It has been a blessing to watch you grow, and we are excited to see all that God has in store for you as you begin this next chapter of your journey.

Know that wherever life takes you, you have a church family cheering you on, praying for you, and supporting you every step of the way. Congratulations, Cheyene! We love you and can't wait to see what the future holds. ❤️

🧺2026 CHURCH PICNIC!🧺

It was a wonderful afternoon full of fellowship at our Church Picnic this past Sunday! ☀️🍔🌭

There’s something special about gathering together outside the church building, sharing a meal, laughing with friends, and strengthening the relationships that make our church family so meaningful. We enjoyed an incredible variety of delicious dishes, and as always, Jay worked his magic on the grill, serving up some fantastic hamburgers and hot dogs that everyone enjoyed!

We even had a surprise visitor stop by for a quick inspection. We'll call him "Smokey." 🐻 Apparently, he volunteered himself as the official Quality Control Manager of the trash cans! Thankfully, he was more interested in leftovers than joining us for dinner.

🙏A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who helped organize, set up, serve, clean up, and make the day such a success. Events like these don't happen without many helping hands, and we are grateful for each one of you. Special thanks to Jay for once again mastering the grill and keeping everyone well fed!💗

At Northeast Church of Christ, we love growing together in Christ, spending time together, building friendships, encouraging one another, and creating lasting memories. Keep an eye out for future congregational events—we can't wait to make more memories with our church family!

📖✨ Let’s Keep Reading Together! ✨📖

This week in our Chronological Bible Reading Plan, we journey through passages that remind us of God's wisdom, His faithfulness, and the beauty of a life rooted in Him. 🌿

📅 May 31 – 1 Kings 3–4, 2 Chronicles 1, Psalm 72
📅 June 1 – Psalm 119:89–176
📅 June 2 – Song of Solomon 1–8
📅 June 3 – Proverbs 1–3
📅 June 4 – Proverbs 4–6

📅 June 6 – Proverbs 10–12

One thing interesting about this week's readings is how they flow from Solomon asking for wisdom into several days of Proverbs. It's almost like we're watching God answer Solomon's prayer and then learning from the wisdom God gave him. It's pretty amazing when you see the chronological connections like that! 🙌

No matter where you are in your faith journey, God's Word has something to teach, encourage, and strengthen you. Take a few moments each day to open your Bible and allow Him to speak into your life. 💛

If you've fallen behind, don't be discouraged—just jump back in today! Every day in God's Word is a blessing, and every chapter brings us closer to Him. 📚✨

🌟 🐞Volunteers Needed for MAGNIFIED! VBS 🐝🌟

This July, we’re getting ready for an amazing adventure as we discover the BIGNESS of God in the smallest of things at our MAGNIFIED! Vacation Bible School — and 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 to make it unforgettable!

Whether you love helping with crafts, assisting during worship, teaching Bible lessons, decorating, registration, snacks, or simply encouraging kids with a smile, there’s a place for you to serve. 💛

VBS is one of the most impactful weeks of the year, and it takes an incredible team working together to help children grow in their faith, build friendships, and experience the love of Jesus in a fun and exciting way.

No experience? No problem! We would love to have willing hearts ready to serve. 😊

Pentecost reminds us that God’s Spirit changes everything.

Fifty days after Easter, the Holy Spirit came upon the apostles in a powerful way, just as Jesus promised. What began as a small gathering became the beginning of the Church — a people united by faith, empowered to share the Gospel with the world.

Pentecost is more than a moment in history. It is a reminder that God still works through ordinary people today. The same Spirit that gave courage, wisdom, and boldness to the early believers is still alive and active in us.

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses…” — Acts 1:8 (ESV)

May we live with hearts on fire for Christ, ready to love others, share His truth, and reflect His light wherever we go. ❤️🔥

We hope all of our students, teachers, and families have an amazing summer filled with laughter, rest, adventure, and memories that last a lifetime. Whether it’s vacations, pool days, camps, late nights with friends, or simply slowing down a little, we pray this season is filled with joy and opportunities to grow closer to God. 🙏
