What are you building your life on?

This Sunday, Pastor Josh brought a powerful word from Mark 12, reminding us that Jesus is the cornerstone — the stone the builders rejected who became the very foundation of everything.

It’s easy to say that Jesus is Lord. But are we truly surrendered to Him? The question isn’t whether Jesus is a part of your life — is He your whole life?

When Christ is our cornerstone, everything else begins to fall into alignment: our priorities, our choices, our relationships, our purpose, and our mission. And when the storms come, we can stand because our foundation is secure.

We’re also so thankful for everyone who supported our Panama Missions team! Thank you to everyone who purchased a meal, whether you stayed and dined with us or took your meal to-go. Your generosity and support are helping our team prepare to serve and share the Gospel in Panama. We’re grateful for every person who stopped by, enjoyed a meal, encouraged our team, and helped make this mission possible!

📸 SUNDAY RECAP 📸

What happens beneath the surface matters.

It’s easy to look the part on the outside while missing what God is doing on the inside.

In Mark 11, Jesus confronted a fig tree full of leaves but without fruit, and a temple that had become more about self-interest than prayer. Both moments remind us that God isn’t looking for appearances—He looks at the heart.

And that includes our joy.

Real joy isn’t something we simply put on for Sundays. It’s the outward overflow of what God is growing in our hearts. As we stay rooted in Jesus, His work within us becomes visible through the fruit of our lives.

The fruit comes from the root. 🌱

Grateful for a Sunday that reminded us to go deeper, stay rooted, and let Him grow something real in us.
