Awana Prayer Team
Greetings,

It’s that time of year again… Awana time!
Tomorrow night, Tuesday, September 15 is our opening night.
Here are some ways you can pray this week for Awana:
- Pray that we are able to get the word out to as many children as possible that Awana is starting.
- Pray that God brings us lots of children this year to minister to.
- Pray that every child feels important, pray for wisdom on how we can help foster that.
- Pray for all of our leaders to make great connections with the children and their parents.

Today we grieve the loss of our brother in Christ, Lars Ewing. Lars served as an Elder, Awana Leader, VBS Game Guy, Multimedia/Sound booth, and many other spaces. Our church family will miss him greatly. Many have asked how they can help during this time. We have started a fund that will be given directly to Heather and her 5 kids to help them cover expenses in the months to come. Click the link to give via PayPal.
