What We Hand On is one campaign with three pathways.
Here is the short version.

GENERAL FUND — the work of right now. Worship every Sunday and the staff who make it happen. Adult education, children's ministry, youth ministry. A music program that fills this building twenty times a year. Our Preschool and Parents' Day Out, both full. The lights, the heat, and the doors that open on a Tuesday morning.

FACILITY IMPROVEMENT — the work of what's next. A sound roof, a safe building, rooms that work for the people who use them Monday through Saturday. This is the new one this year.

MORTGAGE FUND — finishing what they began. Every dollar goes to paying down the mortgage taken on in 2007 for the Sanctuary we worship in.

Give to one. Give to two. Give to all three.

And whether or not you are able to give financially, we hope everyone at Pine Ridge will pledge to pray for this community and to seek ways to serve it. That counts the same as any other pledge.

Tomorrow a packet goes in the mail to every household at Pine Ridge. Inside: a letter, a booklet, and a commitment card. It is our fall stewardship campaign, and we are calling it What We Hand On.

It is longer than what we have sent in past years, and that is on purpose. In past falls we asked you to pledge to the General Fund and left it there. This year we are showing the whole picture at once — the ministry we do now, the building we are repairing, and the debt we are still retiring.

When it arrives, open it. Start with the letter; it is one page.

Our Joyful Music Series begins soon!!🍂🎼

We welcome New Vintage to Pine Ridge on Saturday, September 12th at 7:00pm. Based in the Kansas City area, New Vintage plays a creative and high-energy mix of contemporary, traditional, and original bluegrass music. The New Vintage repertoire ranges from classic Monroe, Doc Watson, and the Carter Family to Hot Rize and Blue Highway as well as original songs written and arranged by Warren Hull. Please join us for a fun filled, family friendly, evening of great music.
