Weekday Mass at the Alvin Brooks Center

The Alvin Brooks Center now offers weekday Mass Monday through Friday at 12:15 p.m.
We are especially excited to share that starting June 11th, Fr. Don will be presiding at the Thursday 12:15 p.m. Mass each week.
All are welcome to join for prayer and Eucharist during the middle of the day as we continue building community and faith across our city.

Celebrating Sister Linda Barringer, MMB on her 50th anniversary of the profession of first vows with a mass and luncheon. Father Mark Miller was the celebrant at the mass.
Sister Linda spent 11 years of her career working with the parishioners of St. James and the community.

Pentecost come and gone? Not quite! The recessional hymn (which is the "going out" hymn was "Send Down the Fire" Below are the lyrics. Maybe we ought to print this off for us a reminder of what Pentecost is all about cause if you're like me we get busy and forget! Happy Pentecost!
