Sis Carolyn memorial service is tomorrow Jan 10th at 10am. As I reflect over our history, Carolyn was a beautiful soul lost in the wilderness. We met through Sis Elizabeth Tyson ministry "1 Cup"... Carolyn finally made her way to the church to fellowship with us on a Sunday morning in 2023. She joined our little family at True Heart Ministries and has been fellowshipping with us in Worship & Study since. When we didn't see her, we would look for her. Those who loved her may have peace knowing she rededicated her life back to Christ. I know because I witnessed it. Carolyn loved God and knew Jesus as her Savior. Her favorite story to study in the Bible was Saul turned to Paul on Damacus Rd. She blurted in Bible Study one tuesday "God, I want a new name too" we all chuckled in agreement and said "We want a new name too!" She was loved and will be missed.
