Today, we honor and celebrate our pastors and thank God for the gift they are to our church and our community.

We are grateful for pastors who stand on the Word of God, follow the leading of the Holy Ghost, and have a heart for people. Through their ministry, they have broken racial barriers in our area, brought people together through the love of Christ, and taught us the importance of faith, giving and living out the Gospel beyond the four walls of the church.

Pastoring is so much more than standing behind a pulpit. There are prayers prayed in private, burdens carried that people never see, and sacrifices that most of us will never know about. We may not always see what it takes to lead, but we get to see the fruit of that faithfulness.

We love you, we appreciate you, and we thank God for placing you in our lives. Thank you for saying yes to the call!

Happy 70th Birthday to our amazing Pastor!

Yesterday, we had the joy of celebrating this special milestone with you, and today, on your actual birthday, we want to celebrate you a little more!

If you know our Pastor, you know a few things about him: he loves his coffee, he loves his family, he loves studying the Word of God (sometimes all night long!), and he loves people. And when we say he loves people, we mean all people.

He never sees anyone as an inconvenience or a burden. He doesn't look at someone's status, appearance, position, or what they have. He simply loves people with the love of God. He makes people feel welcome, seen, and included, and he doesn't give up on people. That kind of love says so much about the heart of a man.

Pastor, your joy is contagious, your love for God's Word is evident, and your heart for people is something truly special. We are so thankful for the way you love, lead, encourage, and pour into others. You make people feel like they belong, and that is a beautiful gift.

As you celebrate 70 years, we pray you feel as loved and appreciated as you have made so many others feel throughout the years.

What an awesome time we had at the Divine Connections Fellowship (DCF) Ministers Conference last week, hosted by Pastors Eddie and Alli Smith and FFC!

We kicked things off Tuesday evening and continued with powerful meetings Wednesday morning and evening and Thursday morning. We were blessed with wonderful teaching, precious times of fellowship, and some great meals together around the table.

Ministers represented 9 states and Costa Rica! 🇺🇸🇨🇷 What a blessing to see the divine connections God continues to bring together.

We truly believe lives were touched, strengthened, encouraged, and changed. We give the Lord all the glory for everything He did among us!

We’re already looking forward to our Spring DCF Ministers Conference, April 6–8, 2027!

So thankful for everyone who came, served, ministered, prayed, and helped make this conference such a special time.

Reminder! Our Divine Connections Fellowship is coming up September 29–October 1 at Faith Family Church in Jefferson, SC!

Our fall conference theme is The Power of Partnership, and we are looking forward to three days set apart for full-time ministers to connect, be refreshed, strengthen relationships, and be reminded that we were never called to do ministry alone.

We've sent email invitations; many have registered, but we may have unintentionally overlooked someone.
