We are very thankful for all of our other state SBC partners that are part of our SBDR network. We are grateful to have this support in Florida when we need it and for other states when they are in need to respond with help and with the gospel when disasters strike.

Just one of the many stories from homeowners we get to serve:

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the relief team - Allen, Tim, Jeff, John today. They were most gracious in assisting us with multiple tree removals from our property here in Pensacola Florida. We just wanted to inform the organization on how the love of Christ was on full display with these gentlemen. They went above and beyond the tree removal with prayer, meaningful conversations about God's love, and really displayed good character. We want to send our sincere thanks to the team and organization for helping us in our time of need.
Ps - We will cherish the memories of our (signed copy) of the Disaster Relief Bible forever.

We are on day 16 of response, 13 days post landfall and still very much engaged in the response to Hurricane Isaias and the impacted communities across the panhandle of Florida. This is picture of the response to date. Please pray as we continue to serve these affected communities to provide Help, Hope and Healing in the name of Jesus.

Thank you Hillcrest Church for being such gracious and wonderful hosts for our teams to have a place sleep, eat, but most of all a place from which to serve this community.

Turn up your volume, warning, what you are hearing is not offensive, unless you are offended by joy. What you are hearing is the sound of God’s servants fellowshipping together over their breakfast. These are people from Florida, Texas, South Carolina and maybe some other places. People who all know each other, but they know they are in the family and are called to serve broken and hurting people as a result of disaster and tragedy. They are fueling their body and fueling their soul to be ready physically, spiritually and emotionally to meet the needs of hurting people today to bring the love of Christ and share the good news of the gospel. Please pray for them and pray for families impacted and pray about your opportunity to come and serve. Go to flbaptist.org/disasterrelief to see the links you need to fill out to serve or to donate.

Don’t you love seeing a full room of God’s servants sharing a meal, sharing stories of God’s blessings as they have been bringing help, healing and hope.
