Cornerstone faced a tough matchup at Gretna. We had a slow start to the offense. Nick hit a HR in the 4th to get us on the board, and we fell 7-5. We're now 2-2. Thanks to all who came out!

Day 4 of Illumination Station VBS! Today’s lesson was on that Jesus is the proven Son of God! The Light of the World defeated death and promises we never have to walk in the darkness!! 🙌💡A special thank you to gemologist Mrs. Lauren Major, owner of Renee James Jewelry, for coming and helping the kids design their own key chains today for closing Worship Rally! Join us in prayer over all the kiddos and VBS Volunteer Team for our final day of VBS tomorrow! We know God has something amazing planned! 🔦🙌

Today we talked about the powerful strength of Jesus that allows Him to be the Light of the World and miracle worker! 🔦🤍 A special thank you to Mrs.Jill Stockmaster with Trimlight for coming to share her big heart and cool light display with the kids! Just like Trimlight creates bright beautiful light displays, God desires to illuminate each of us to our brightest potential too! 💡Join us in prayer over the VBS Volunteer Team and kiddos for our last two days! 🤍🤍

Day 2 of Illumination Station VBS!
Thank you for your prayers! Keep lifting and surrounding this special group! We give God praise for all the awesome things that have happened so far and have expectant hearts for all that is to come!! A special thank you to Mrs. Onyema for visiting today! She explained that the mission money collected this week will be going towards helping purchase clothing items for ILES students! The kiddos also went home with a letter today inviting guardians to come to closing worship rally on Friday from 11:30-12:00 and joining us for worship on Sunday at 10:00am to celebrate VBS! 🎉❤️
