Every now and then, we like to do an employee spotlight here at Mary Rutan Health. Spotlights are an easy way for us to show how thankful we are for our team and explain what they do around our health system! Today's Spotlight Employee is Kim Forsythe, our Acute Physical Therapy Coordinator.

Kim has been a physical therapist for 29 years and has spent her last 7 years at Mary Rutan Health. She is at the Hospital full-time, where she serves patients by providing skilled, one-on-one physical therapy care, coordinates care and services with other departments, and helps out with other Hospital-wide projects. Kim says that she has wanted to be a physical therapist since the 7th grade, when she worked with physical therapists to get better as an injured young athlete.

She says, "My favorite part of my job is patient care! I just love it when I can serve patients and their families through physical therapy, education, and simply meeting the needs they have at this moment in their healthcare and life journey."

Thank you, Kim! We appreciate your dedication and positivity you show throughout Mary Rutan Hospital and our community!
