In the opening verses of the High Priestly prayer, we see how the perfect obedience of our Lord, Jesus Christ, contrasts with our failures, making Him both the righteous life we cannot live and the sacrifice we desperately need.

True Christianity requires recognizing Jesus as both SAVIOR and LORD, demanding repentance and surrender rather than casual belief.

May the church of Fayette County be deeply awakened to the physical health, to the emotional and mental health, and to the spiritual health of the people around us.

Show up and support us at the first of many free Fayette County Public Health events this year, where we will host a booth offering Christian mental health resources/classes, prayer, as well as children and youth activities.

Today is the day! Do not hesitate to anchor your hope in Christ's victory over death and sin.

As the body of Christ, we WILL endure tribulation, BUT we will also fearlessly lift our prayers, we will find peace that transcends our circumstances, and we will boldly proclaim the gospel message of Jesus Christ who has OVERCOME the world!

As the series PREPARATION & GLORY leads us into John 16:16-33, Pastor Matthew Hippely brings a message directly from the text that speaks to the heart of believers who have struggled or are struggling during a 'little while' season, sometimes walking away from faith because they cannot see past the immediate pain to God's ultimate promises.

Family, there will be real and valid pain, but God does not waste our suffering, He redeems it. We WILL face tribulation in this world, but we can TAKE HEART because Christ has already OVERCOME the world. True peace comes not from controlling our circumstances, but from anchoring our hope in Christ's victory over death and sin.
