Happy Independence Day!

Independence Day is not just a celebration of our nation's birth but a reminder of the values and freedoms that form the bedrock of our great country.

The Declaration of Independence, signed on this day 248 years ago, proclaimed the unalienable rights endowed by our Creator—life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These principles have guided our nation through triumphs and trials, shaping the United States into a beacon of hope and freedom for the world.

Today, as we honor the courage and vision of our Founding Fathers, we must take up their mantel to carry those timeless values into the future. Our nation faces many challenges today, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure that the freedoms we cherish endure for our children, and the generations to follow.

As Christians, we have a God-given responsibility to be salt and light in our society.

Let’s be reminded today of our great responsibility to our Lord and our country and celebrate the benefits of Freedom spiritually and physically!!

Frank Damazio……Strong servant leaders lead with a different spirit. Servant leadership lifts people, grows, people and loves people. Strong servant leaders have and exercise authority, but they do so with right and pure motives, values and methods that differ from those that characterize natural leaders. The value that infuses the actions of servant leaders is the cross.

Servant leaders understand that they are stewards of the resources of the kingdom of God - namely, people. Equipping and and empowering people to accomplish God’s purpose and plan and unselfishly serving them in a way that influences and empowers them to grow in a Christ-directed, purposeful manner is servant leadership. To get to that place, one has to make a deliberate choice to serve others - to serve first, and lead second.

The servant leader must understand his or her self-image, moral connection and emotional stability. Servant leaders are secure in their identity. That is why they can serve humbly. They have nothing to prove. They think, speak and act as if they are personally accountable to all who may be affected by their thoughts, words and actions. Accordingly, they strive to make others great!
