💙 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💙

At Faith International Fellowship Ministries, we want to remind everyone that your mental health matters. Sometimes people are fighting battles silently, carrying pain behind smiles, and feeling alone in rooms full of people. That’s why we must choose compassion, kindness, and understanding.

It’s okay to not be okay… but it’s not okay to suffer alone. There is strength in seeking help, speaking up, and allowing others to walk beside you through difficult seasons.
