Late summer update :

It has been a great summer season and we're very grateful for all of our amazing customers, thank you all for your continued support and trust in us with your beautiful properties!

As most know we've experienced a significant drought in the northwoods and that has slowed grass growth quite a bit unfortunately. With that in mind we've been in communication with clients on strategy at certain sites. Shaded and irrigated yards are holding decent while open areas have pretty much went dormant in many spots. We will continue services to keep properties looking their best while taking care to not mow over areas that could add further stress to the grass. Recent rain has helped but we need ALOT more. We also have started fall labor list work including tree and brush, dump trailer work, brushing, etc. It is a great time to start that fall work. Feel free to reach out with any questions and we look forward to some hopeful rain and a strong finish to the lawncare season. Then it's on to the fall cleanup push. Thanks again!

With the safety of my team in mind we will be shutting down field operations for the next day, possibly two. We will assess conditions Friday/Saturday and resume operations when it's safe to be in the field. Big mulch install on LCO, finishing touches on a big cleanup site on Spider, commercial and residential mowing. It was a huge week for the crews running 3 units throughout the week. Big thanks to our customers and our team for what will be the best season yet. Fully caught up from our spring rush and will continue to knock jobs off of the list while running the lawn route. Cheers to summer. ☀️

Just a few of the properties we provide mowing services to. We look forward to another great year doing what we love. Spring cleanup is already underway and we'll be running the mowing route very soon. We are providing estimates for both at this time and it looks like a fantastic 2026 season.

We are excited to add another machine to the fleet. Commercial grade equipment for commercial grade property cleanup. It will aid in making quick work of our private roads, villas, associations, large acreage, etc.

We are officially starting spring work Monday and we will be reaching out to our customers with route schedules and likely eta for the spring property cleanup campaign. We also have mulch installs, landscape projects, tree/brush removals and more scheduled for when the road bans come off and will be worked into the schedule.

What. A. Week. Winter came back with a full slate of storms including Saturday-Sunday nights grand finale. A huge shout out to our team for all of the time in the trucks keeping our commercial and residential accounts cleared along with a full final cleanup wrapping up yesterday afternoon. The team crushed it!

Another big thanks to our customers for communicating or requesting to let us know they were up or not coming back for a bit. We appreciate you all!

That was fun but we are ready to say, let's wrap up with the snow. Happy St. Patrick's day and think spring! 🍀
