Weāre delighted to announce that the Rev. Martin Rhodes will be serving as our Assistant Pastor of Small Groups for the coming year. Martin is well known to many at Incarnation, having been a longtime member and, in recent years, a non-stipendiary priest. He will now be taking a more active role on Sunday mornings and will devote one day per week to leading and supporting our small groups ministry.
If you know Martin at all, you know that he has a deep heart for discipleship, prayer, mission, and spiritual formation. He will continue serving as Director of Training and Short-Term Missions at Anabaptist Mission Partners, who are allowing him to devote one day each week to Incarnation.
Martin is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University (B.S.) and Duke Divinity School (M.T.S), and he has deep roots here in the Shenandoah Valley. He is married to Sylvia, and they are the parents to Elliot, Vincent, and Annaliese.
