Ephesians 4:31-32 (KJV)

“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.”

Don’t let what someone did to you steal what God has given you. Bitterness keeps us chained to yesterday, but forgiveness allows us to walk freely into what God has for today.

Forgiving doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It means we’re choosing to release it into God’s hands instead of allowing it to control our hearts.

Don’t give yesterday the power to steal today’s joy. Forgive, let go, and keep walking with Jesus. ❤️

Psalm 118:24 (KJV)

“This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Not every day will be easy, but every day is a gift. We don’t know how many days God has given us, so let’s not waste today wishing for yesterday or worrying about tomorrow.

Today is another opportunity to love someone, encourage someone, serve someone, and let Christ shine through us.

Count today as a blessing. Thank God for it, and make it count for Him. ❤️

Romans 12:2 (KJV)

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

God never called us to look like the world just so we could fit in. He called us to be transformed.

When the Holy Spirit lives within us, He changes the way we think, speak, love, forgive, serve, and respond. Our lives should begin to reflect Christ, not the culture around us.

We don’t prove we’re Christians simply by what we say, we should see the evidence in how we live.

Let everything we do point people back to Jesus. ❤️

Philippians 2:3-5 (KJV)

“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:”

Jesus showed us what true humility looks like. He didn’t come seeking attention or praise, He came to serve.

Humility means being willing to put others first, serve when nobody notices, and give God the glory instead of seeking it for ourselves.

The more we become like Jesus, the more humility should be seen in us. ❤️

Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Children are watching us, even when we don’t realize it. The way we love, forgive, serve, pray, and live out our faith teaches them more than our words ever could.

We have an opportunity to pour Jesus into the next generation and create a ripple effect of faith that reaches farther than we may ever see.

Let’s teach them about Jesus, love them well, and show them what it looks like to follow Him. ❤️

John 14:27 (KJV)

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

Sometimes we look everywhere for peace, through people, circumstances, success, distractions, and trying to control everything ourselves. Then one day, we truly surrender it all to Christ and realize the peace we were searching for was found in Him all along.

We may wonder, “Why did it take me so long?” But God wasn’t waiting for us to become perfect. He was waiting for us to come to Him.

The world can offer temporary relief, but only Jesus can give lasting peace. ❤️

Romans 12:19 (KJV)

“Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”

There is no such thing as “karma” when we belong to God, there is God’s justice. When someone hurts us, betrays us, or treats us wrongly, our first instinct may be to make them feel what they made us feel. But God tells us not to take revenge.

We can release it into His hands. God sees what happened. God knows the heart. God will handle the outcome. Our job is to keep our hearts free from bitterness and continue walking in love.

Sometimes the greatest victory is refusing to become like the person who hurt you. Let God be God.

Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Sometimes we look at the person hurting us and think they are the enemy. But Scripture reminds us that our real battle is spiritual.

People aren’t our enemies. Satan wants division, anger, bitterness, and destruction, but Jesus calls us to love people, pray for them, and stand firm in truth.

Don’t fight people when the real battle is spiritual. Put on the armor of God, stand firm in Christ, and let Him fight the battle.

2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

When Jesus changes your life, you shouldn’t have to convince people that you’re different, your life should show it.

Being a new creature means leaving behind the old ways and learning to live more like Christ. How we speak, forgive, love, serve, respond, and treat others should begin to look different.

We aren’t saved to continue looking like the world. We’re saved to reflect Jesus.

Let the change God has made in you become a testimony that points others back to Him. ❤️

2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

Don’t give up praying for your lost loved ones.

You may not see the change yet. You may not know what God is doing in their heart. But God sees what you can’t see.

Keep praying. Keep loving them. Keep showing them Christ through your life. Don’t let discouragement convince you that their story is over.

God is still able to reach the person you’ve been praying for. Never stop believing in what He can do. ❤️
