Christ the Redeemer Worship Center is a congregational Christian church open to all. The Church's main ministerial mission is to encourage and enable others to forge a relationship with God through Salvation in Jesus Christ. To this end, the Church emphasizes the Holy Bible's message of Salvation through the ministry of preaching, while using a teaching platform to educate others on how to apply the Holy Bible to our daily lives.

Wisdom from Solomon’s Corner

Isaiah 43:2 - "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze"

God promises He will be with you, even in your most challenging situations. "Waters" and "fire", troubles and fiery oppression will not overwhelm or destroy you.

God is with you during trials, not necessarily that he will remove the struggle entirely; although hardships are inevitable, they will not ultimately destroy you if you have faith in God.

Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for this new school year and for the opportunity for learning and growth. We pray for our children as they begin their studies, that you would grant them wisdom, understanding, and a love for knowledge. We pray for their teachers and school staff, that they would be filled with strength, patience, and inspiration as they guide and nurture our students. We pray for parents, that they would have the wisdom and guidance to support their children and the strength to face the challenges of the year. May your peace and protection be with all of us as we navigate this new school year, and may it be filled with joy, discovery, and success. Amen.

IMPORTANT NEWS!! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!

Grace and peace, everybody:
We wanted to let you all know that, after over 25 years of service in Griffin, Georgia (and 8 years in its current location), Christ the Redeemer Church will be closing its doors in Griffin. Among other factors, persisting challenges with our current facility and the property management that oversees it have led us to begin the process of transitioning from that space.

Accordingly, our final service at our current location at 1113 Ethridge Mill Rd. in Griffin will be on Sunday, May 25, 2025. We will share more details regarding that final service with all of you in the days and weeks to come.

Until then, we want to continue to welcome all of you to join us for worship each Sunday morning at 11:00 am.

Also, if any of you are free on Easter Sunday, we cordially invite you to join us for our "Resurrection Sunday" worship experience this Sunday (April 20, 2025) at 11:00 am.

We thank you all for your incredible support over the past 25 years, and we thank you for your patience now as we navigate in the direction that God will send us. We are truly in transition now, but we will keep you all posted on what is coming next.

But never fear: OUR ONLINE MINISTRY WILL CONTINUE!! We have some really exciting things in store that will be rolling out over the next several months, so stay tuned!

Grace and peace, everyone! Facebook has recently announced that all live videos will be deleted after 30 days starting July 1. Presumably, the archive of virtual sermons and lessons we have shared will no longer be available here on this page as they are now. Further, we plan to end our use of Facebook Live as our primary format for sharing sermons and related video content by July 1. As we prepare for our upcoming transition to YouTube (among other platforms) over the next few months, we will continue to give further updates. Nevertheless, rest assured: the Word will continue to go forth!
