Kingdom United Churches of Christ (KUCC) is an interdenominational body of clergy, churches, and ministries, which forms a part of the international United and Uniting churches movement in Christendom. As an organism fulfilling Christ's prayer of unity in John 17:21 via the Kingdom United manner or ethos, everyone holds firm to these important standards: that 1) KUCC holds firmly the belief that J
esus Christ is the foundation of the Christian faith; His life, death, and resurrection provide the basis for salvation and reconciliation with God; 2) KUCC embraces the teachings and practices of the Apostolic-Pentecostal movement, emphasizing the importance of water baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, as well as in the name of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38); 3) KUCC believes the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, serving as the ultimate authority for faith, conduct, and doctrine; 4) KUCC emphasizes living a life set apart for God, striving for holiness and continual spiritual growth through the power of the Holy Spirit; 5) KUCC teaches that worship is vibrant and Spirit-led, with a focus on allowing the presence of God to guide and transform both corporate and individual worship experiences; 6) KUCC upholds the biblical model of ministry outlined in Ephesians 4:11, emphasizing the roles of apostles, prophets, evangelists and pastor-teachers for equipping the saints and building the body of Christ; 7) KUCC while recognizing the diversity within the body of Christ, is committed to fostering unity among believers, respecting individual callings, and celebrating the various gifts and expressions of worship; 8) KUCC prioritizes advancing the Kingdom of God through community service, discipleship, and the proclamation of the Gospel to all nations; 9) KUCC welcomes all who seek a relationship with Jesus Christ, emphasizing that the grace of God is available to everyone; and 10) KUCC upholds that as a body of believers, covenant relationships are valued among its members, churches, and leadership, fostering accountability, love, and mutual support. In essence, Kingdom United Churches of Christ upholds Jesus as the sole, solid foundation of faith; the importance of water baptism using either formula, all to the glory of God; the basis of the Bible as the only medium by which all doctrines should be taught from; worshipping God in spirit and in truth; embracing apostolic order and celebrating Christian diversity; the necessity of being evangelistic and mission-minded; the welcoming of all to God's Kingdom and His Church; and the value of covenant relationships in order to fulfill the standards of KUCC faithfully.
