What would it look like if church showed up right where people already are?

In a prison. A nursing home. A village on the other side of the world.

For the last two years, that question has been shaping us as a Pathway Family. And we’re believing God for something big over the next ten years: 100,000 lives impacted for Jesus, 10,000 new followers of Jesus, and 100 new churches planted.

Bold? Absolutely. But God isn’t finished with us yet.

This weekend we get a front-row seat to part of that story. Becky Stanley, Director of Rural Development at India Gospel League, is joining us to share what God is doing through one of our Global Partners, and how your generosity is already part of it. You won’t want to miss this one.

For 464 weekends, our Valley Center family has shown up at a middle school with a trailer full of equipment and a lot of faith. Set up. Tear down. Do it again next week. The nursery meets in a borrowed classroom, the middle schoolers gather in a hallway with one table, and God has shown up every single time, with record decisions for Jesus and record baptisms these last three years.
A few weeks ago, close to 200 of us from across Pathway worshiped under an open sky on the land where Valley Center’s permanent home will be built. Would you join us in praying for the people God is preparing right now, the ones who haven’t walked through that door yet?

“Goodness of God” is a simple, honest song about looking back on your life and seeing God’s faithfulness everywhere: in the good seasons, the hard ones, and all the ordinary days in between.

Psalm 23:6 says His goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our lives. Not some days. All of them.

15 was already amazing. Then our MicroCampuses called in their numbers, and we’re now celebrating 34 baptisms this weekend!
And yes, some of those happened in the dark. 🔦 Westlink lost power during the 9am service, but that didn’t stop anyone from stepping into the water. The lights went out, but the Light of the World kept right on shining.
34 people. 34 brand new beginnings. Heaven is throwing a party and so are we.

Peter was the ONLY one of the twelve who had enough trust to get out of the boat in the first place. The other eleven stayed put, comfortable and safe. Peter stepped out and walked on water with Jesus.

We all have a boat. A place that feels safe, even when we know we’re being called to something more. And the question this message asks is simple but heavy: when you hear “come,” do you go?

What's the thing you've been putting off until you feel less scared?

We read about people who were being threatened for talking about Jesus. Real danger. And when they prayed, they didn't say "make it stop" or "make this easier on us." They prayed for boldness. They knew the message they carried could rescue people, and they couldn't stay quiet about what they'd seen.

Many times we wait for fear to disappear before we obey. But they didn't wait. In the middle of the storm, while the fear was still there, they asked for courage and kept walking.

Not today. Maybe next time. When it comes up more naturally. And somehow "next time" quietly turns into next year.

For 28 days we've been praying for our One by name. A coworker. A neighbor. A friend from high school. But praying FOR someone and actually talking TO them? That's a whole different thing.

If you've ever had the name, the moment, and the nudge, but not the courage, you're in good company. This weekend we wrap up OneLife with Part 4: Share Jesus, and we'll discover where that kind of boldness really comes from.

You don't need all the answers. You don't need to win a debate. Come ready to pray boldly together, and bring someone who needs this.

What does generosity look like when you don't have much to give? In 2 Corinthians, Paul pointed to the Macedonian church, a community living in extreme poverty that became known for its overflowing generosity. Their giving wasn't planned out or occasional. It was a spontaneous response to what God was doing in them. Next weekend, something a little different is happening during our services, and real needs right here in our church will be met that same week. Will you spend this week praying about what God might be asking you to bring?

Have you ever been in a moment where the only prayer you had was one word: Jesus?

This week's Worship Wednesday song is "Your Great Name". It's a simple, powerful reminder that there's real hope in His name. People who are lost get found. People running on empty get strength. People carrying shame get grace instead.

Philippians 2 tells us His name is above every name, and one day every knee will bow. But you don't have to wait for someday. He's near right now. 💛

A lot of us avoid talking about our faith because we're scared of getting stuck on a question we can't answer.

You don't have to be the smartest person in the room. You don't have to argue anybody into anything. You just have to share what you've seen and heard in your own life, and point people toward Jesus.

That's it. Your story is enough.
