This morning we announced our Summer Schedule as we are doing a little DIFFERENT schedule than normal. Instead of our normal Sunday rhythm, we’re reimagining what it means to be the church gathering differently and going into and serving our community.
We’re meeting on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of June, July, and August for worship, teaching, and community. Then, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, we’re heading out to serve our city. No building - just people, loving their neighbors in practical, powerful ways.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Odd Sundays (1st, 3rd, 5th)
June 7th, June 21st, July 19th, August 2nd, August 16th, August 30th (no church July 5th).
We will gather together for worship and teaching at our normal times at 9am and 10:30am, digging into the Sermon on the Mount and exploring how to apply to our lives today!
Even Sundays (2nd & 4th)
June 14th, June 28th, July 12th, July 26th, August 9th, August 23rd
We will meet at 10am and instead of a service, we serve together! We will have different projects each week and on these weeks, you’ll receive a devotional written around the early church, giving you something to read, reflect on, and pray through right from wherever you are.
WHY: Church isn’t a building. It’s people, filled with God’s Spirit, moving in the world with love. The early church was bold, generous, and deeply connected. That’s what we’re after. This is an invitation to do church differently to slow down, live intentionally, and love courageously. So, let’s be the church...together!
