This summer, because you gave, our Pathway family got to show up for the parents, teachers, and kids who make our schools what they are. That looked like a breakfast honoring about 80 local teachers at Westlink, 271 Goddard kids filling backpacks with supplies, and our Valley Center campus joining a community-wide effort that handed out 650 backpacks and prayed with 552 people. None of it happens without generous givers and the volunteers who showed up early and stayed late. Thank you for helping our neighbors feel seen, supported, and loved!

What's the thing you've been putting off until you feel less scared?

We read about people who were being threatened for talking about Jesus. Real danger. And when they prayed, they didn't say "make it stop" or "make this easier on us." They prayed for boldness. They knew the message they carried could rescue people, and they couldn't stay quiet about what they'd seen.

Many times we wait for fear to disappear before we obey. But they didn't wait. In the middle of the storm, while the fear was still there, they asked for courage and kept walking.

Not today. Maybe next time. When it comes up more naturally. And somehow "next time" quietly turns into next year.

For 28 days we've been praying for our One by name. A coworker. A neighbor. A friend from high school. But praying FOR someone and actually talking TO them? That's a whole different thing.

If you've ever had the name, the moment, and the nudge, but not the courage, you're in good company. This weekend we wrap up OneLife with Part 4: Share Jesus, and we'll discover where that kind of boldness really comes from.

What does generosity look like when you don't have much to give? In 2 Corinthians, Paul pointed to the Macedonian church, a community living in extreme poverty that became known for its overflowing generosity. Their giving wasn't planned out or occasional. It was a spontaneous response to what God was doing in them. Next weekend, something a little different is happening during our services, and real needs right here in our church will be met that same week. Will you spend this week praying about what God might be asking you to bring?

Have you ever been in a moment where the only prayer you had was one word: Jesus?

This week's Worship Wednesday song is "Your Great Name". It's a simple, powerful reminder that there's real hope in His name. People who are lost get found. People running on empty get strength. People carrying shame get grace instead.

Philippians 2 tells us His name is above every name, and one day every knee will bow. But you don't have to wait for someday. He's near right now. 💛

A lot of us avoid talking about our faith because we're scared of getting stuck on a question we can't answer.

You don't have to be the smartest person in the room. You don't have to argue anybody into anything. You just have to share what you've seen and heard in your own life, and point people toward Jesus.

That's it. Your story is enough.
