Our Lady of Light Catholic Community had the honor of welcoming Bishop Emilio to the parish this past Sunday. Bishop Emilio celebrated the 10:30am Mass, had the opportunity to meet parishioners afterwards, and had a walking tour of our campus. In thanksgiving for the Bishop’s ministry and visit to the parish, Our Lady of Light made a donation in honor of the Bishop towards Helping Hands for Cuba, a humanitarian aid foundaition in the Diocese of Bayamo-Manzanillo in Cuba. Three Masses will also be celebrated for the Bishop and his intentions. Thank you Bishop Emilio and may God bless you as you begin your episcopal ministry in the Diocese of Venice!
