All adults 18 and older are encouraged to attend an informative presentation on the importance of having a Power of Attorney for Health Care. A representative from ThedaCare Advance Care Planning will explain why this document is important and answer questions about healthcare decision-making.

Attendees can complete a Power of Attorney for Health Care form during the session. While the presentation is being provided by ThedaCare, the information and Power of Attorney for Health Care form are applicable regardless of your healthcare provider or healthcare system.

Calling everyone who loves to sing!

Join us for a special, one-time choir as we sing the hymn “How Great Thou Art” at the church picnic. You have the option to sing melody or parts, depending on your preference. All ages and abilities are welcome!

We’ll have one rehearsal on Wednesday, Sept. 9th, 6:30pm in the Sanctuary.

Hope's Men's Club warmly welcomes BMO Personal Banker Tami Lemke as our guest speaker for our September meeting. Tami will discuss financial fraud and what you can do to protect yourself and your assets.

The meeting will be held in the Fellowship Hall. We will begin at 5:30pm with our meal followed by Tami's presentation. Our business meeting will take place at the conclusion of the presentation.
