We’re pretty good at convincing ourselves that what’s outside the fence is worth it.
It looks good. It feels right. The reasoning makes sense.
But so often what we’re really saying is — I don’t fully trust what God has for me inside the boundaries.
Charlie talked this week about how drift rarely starts with a big decision. It starts with a quiet question: did God really say that? And whether we actually believe his boundaries are for us or against us.
That question is worth being honest about.

Jesus didn’t say the light of the world was the gifted few.
He said it was you.
Not because of your platform or your title. Because of your posture — the way you show up with mercy, with compassion, with presence in ordinary places.
The question isn’t whether you’re light. You already are.
It’s whether you’re letting it show.

Grace isn’t something you work toward.
It’s something you receive.
Paul puts it plainly: saved by grace, through faith — not by anything you’ve done. Which means you can’t earn it. And you can’t lose it by failing to earn it enough.
But here’s the honest question: what are you actually trusting in?
Most of us, if we’re being real, are still trying to cross some invisible line. Do enough. Be enough. Stay just above the threshold.
That’s not grace. That’s exhausting.
Grace says Jesus already did the thing. Your job is to believe it.

Money isn’t what pulls us away from God—�our attitude about it is.
You can have a little and be content.�You can have a lot and still feel like it’s not enough.
It’s not about how much you have…�it’s about what’s happening in your heart.
When we start to hold tightly to what we have—�or constantly chase what we don’t—�it slowly drifts us away from trust, contentment, and generosity.
But when we recognize everything as a gift from God,�it changes how we live, give, and follow Him.
This week we’re asking:�Is your relationship with money drawing you closer to God… or pulling you away?
