Re: Fourth of July Celebration

Dear Tenants of Sterling Square,
With the approach of the upcoming holiday, we would like to remind you of a few rules regarding the safety and well-being of everyone and the
property.

We request that you help enforce these rules. These rules are always in
affect, not just during holidays.

• Sterling Square property is not open to the general public, only tenant employees, contractors, and clients.

• Tenants and their employees are no longer granted access for holidays or special city events. Loitering is strictly prohibited out of
tenant's normal business hours.

• No one shall be allowed access to the grass areas.

• No one shall be allowed access to any of the building rooftops.

• Fireworks of any kind, which includes sparklers, are strictly prohibited.

Please be courteous of your fellow neighbors and abide by the rules.
