Anyone in the community that is experiencing loss is welcome to join me at HPC's Hospice and Palliative Care's Expressive Arts Grief Group. The group meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 3:00 p.m. at the HPC office on Wathen's Crossing. Please call the office at 270-926-7565 to RSVP and we can tell you what we will be working on that month. Most supplies are provided.

I am happy to journey with people of the Owensboro and Evansville Diocese, and well as other Christian traditions. A big update it due since I posted on this site. I am not currently taking any new spiritual direction clients due to a health crisis
Since August of 2018 it has been my joy and privilege to serve as the Assistant Director of the Mount Saint Joseph Retreat and Conference Center. In addition to administrative duties, supervising staff I am also planning and facilitating some retreats. I will keep you posted

The holy child has been born, the Magi have followed the star, and brought their gifts – and now we begin a new year. But how have we been changed?
The darkness of the early days of January and that lull after the holidays have always left me longing for depth of intention and a richer, more joyful way of being in the world.
Last year, I worked on creating a retreat to fill that longing for myself and several other kindred spirits in the Evansville area. The response was so positive – the cord struck so true, I decided to offer this special day as part of my new work at Mount Saint Joseph Conference and Retreat Center. We welcome people of all faiths in the Owensboro community and beyond to come; take time to relax, to connect with your spirit, with God, with the beauty of the country and with others on the journey.
