We will not forget the individuals who lost their lives, nor the heroes who courageously endeavored to provide aid. Let us draw inspiration to stand against evil, and relentlessly speak the truth.

Put On the Full Armor of God

Ephesians 6:11
"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

Not every spiritual battle comes looking like a battle. Sometimes it comes as deception. A lie that sounds reasonable. A half-truth that feeds fear. A voice that tells you to distrust what you know is right. That is why Scripture tells us to put on the full armor of God.

Truth matters because deception usually works by getting us to believe something false. That is why we need the belt of truth, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. We have to know what God says so we can recognize what does not come from Him.

I have learned that discernment is not about becoming suspicious of everything. It is about staying spiritually awake. Pay attention to what you are hearing, what you are believing, and what you are allowing to shape your mind. Not every thought deserves your trust, and not every voice deserves access to your spirit.

Put on the armor every day. Stay grounded in truth. Pray. Guard your mind. Keep your faith strong. Deception loses much of its power when you know who you are, what you believe, and who you belong to.

🕊 Declaration:
I will stand in truth, walk by faith, and guard my mind against deception. I will put on the full armor of God and remain spiritually awake.

🙏 Prayer:
God, protect me from deception and give me wisdom to recognize what is true. Strengthen my faith, guard my mind, and help me stand firm in Your Word when confusion tries to pull me away.

Deception is strongest where truth is weakest, so stay rooted in God’s truth.

When you can't sense what God is up to, may you increasingly trust His heart towards you. When your journey is different than you would choose, may you see His invitation to make you new. When the storm rages overhead, may you know -with everything in you- that new mercies are on the other side waiting just for you. And when you're tempted to overstate your problems and understate His promises, may you step back and find your footing again. On Christ the solid Rock you stand, all other ground is sinking sand. Some of the most important work God does in our lives happens where nobody else can see it.

In the waiting.
In the quiet.
In the prayers nobody hears.
In the moments when you choose to keep believing even when nothing seems to be changing.

Don’t underestimate what God is building in you during this season.

You may not see the fruit yet, but that doesn’t mean the roots aren’t growing.

Keep trusting Him.
