In these sacred days, millions of hearts turn toward مكة المكرمة, the holy city of Mecca…But the journey of Hajj truly began thousands of years ago, with one man standing alone in the desert: Abraham — carrying nothing but faith.

He left his homeland for God.He was willing to sacrifice what was most beloved to him for God.He stood against falsehood for God.And because of that sincerity, God made his legacy live in the hearts of billions until today.

What a profound faith this is — that the actions of one sincere man became sacred rituals followed by millions across centuries.We walk as Hagar walked.We remember the devotion of Ishmael.We raise our hands in prayer as Abraham once did.

Hajj is not just a journey across land…It is a journey back to faith, humility, and trust in God.

These days remind humanity that true strength is not found in wealth, status, or power…but in a heart filled with faith, mercy, and certainty in the One who created us.

Before today’s Jumu’ah prayer, we were deeply touched by a beautiful surprise as members of the Jewish community in Eugene came to offer their support, kindness, and friendship.

In difficult times like these, such acts of compassion give hope and remind us of the goodness that still exists among people.

Eid al-Fitr Announcement

Due to the lack of confirmed moon sighting, Thursday, March 19, 2026, will complete 30 days of Ramadan.

Accordingly, Friday, March 20, 2026, will be the first day of Shawwal and Eid al-Fitr.

And the sweetest remembrance is the Word of God.
So whoever longs to rise, to soften their heart, and to draw near…
let them fill their days and nights with the Quran. 🤍🌙

Adam (peace be upon him) disobeyed his Lord and ate from the tree.

Every time we read these verses, it feels like a distant story — something that happened long ago and has nothing to do with us.

But the truth is, we still “eat from the tree” every day.

The tree is not a branch or a fruit.
It represents the limits set by God — everything He has forbidden.

Every step toward what is forbidden is a step away from Paradise.

We are living the same test.
Hearing the same warning.
Facing the same tree.

So be careful…
Do not go near the tree.

🌙 Day Four of Ramadan

A few precious days have already passed, and the wise heart is the one that makes the most of what remains.

Ramadan is a beautiful opportunity to draw closer to Allah — through prayer, reflection, charity, sincere repentance, heartfelt supplication, and acts of kindness. It is a month to soften our hearts, renew our intentions, and return to Him with humility and hope.

We do not know if we will witness another Ramadan, so let us cherish these blessed days and nights, and strive to leave them better than we entered them.

May Allah accept from us and from you, and grant us forgiveness and mercy 🤍
