Tonight at Eyler's Valley Chapel, a night of Country Gospel Music, by "Forever Young", Kip an Dale. Starts at 7pm. All are welcome but seating is limited. So get there early.

Well, if you were here tonight you got a blessing from the music, congregational singing, and uplifted prayers. If you weren't here, then you missed out. But, we'll be open next week for the regular service, and Pastor Mike Cline will be conducting the service.

Today we said our final goodbye to one of our faithful chapel attendees and former Chapel President,
Fred G. Wood. Thank you for all the memories and your service to God's little Chapel in the woods. ✝️

Our annual pig 🐷 roast is scheduled for September 12th starting at 4pm - 7pm. If you want to take part in this great time of fellowship. Simply call the number that's listed on our FB page, under contact info. The cost is $10 per person. We supply the pig, eating utensils, and side hot dishes. All you have to do is bring a side dish or cold drinks or a dessert to set out on the food tables to share. Time is a factor because we'll have to get the porker order, by next week. Hope to see you there.

Thank you to Pastor Larry Belella for his message from Luke 18: 8-14
As Christians,are we living a proud, arrogant, haughty, or conceited life? Or a humble and servant type life, as Jesus did. A proud and arrogant Christian lifestyle never leads anyone to the Lord. It's when we humble ourselves completely to God and His Will that we can truly make a difference in this world.
Thank you also to Karen Purcell for playing the treadle organ for hymn time and His Word Ministries, for the special music they brought to the service, and to all that were in attendance.

And I thought it also should be part of our FB Page so folks know what the chapel believes in and what you can expect to hear preached when visiting for a service. It was very true when it was posted and is also today. This is our profession of faith at the Chapel and what we believe to be true and what is preached from the Sacred Desk.
