Prayer of Confession (Unison) Eternal and gracious God: We confess we are sinners who need a Savior. We are disciples who need Your loving discipline. We fail to learn the lessons You teach. We resist Your way of living. We break Your law. We rebel against Your grace. Forgive us our pride, willfulness, and stubbornness. Set us free from a past we cannot change. Open to us a future in which we will be changed. May we grow more and more in Your likeness. Through Christ we pray, Amen.

Prayer of Confession:
Gracious God, we confess that we often seek immediate satisfaction. even when it costs us our relationship with You and with others. Too often, we are self-centered-chasing quick fixes without considering the lasting impact of our choices. Forgive us, loving God. Lead us from selfishness and brokenness into lives marked by mercy, compassion, and love. Make us useful to You and to the world around us. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Today's prayer of confession:
Holy and gracious God, You have called us to be people of peace, but we confess how quickly we divide, how easily we hold grudges, and how slowly we seek healing. You offer us grace upon grace, yet we are slow to extend that grace to others. We choose comfort over transformation, and pride over reconciliation. We resist the transforming work of Your grace. Forgive us, Lord. Uproot what is broken within us and renew us by Your Spirit. Help us live as people marked by Your peace, so that no one misses the grace of God. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
