Our mission is to partner with northern Frederick County MD neighbors in building hopeful futures (providing immediate and long-term resources) by focusing on the self-sufficiency and well-being of the whole person for a more vibrant, healthy community.
Services include: emergency assistance for rent/utilities; case management; information and referrals; access to dental services and oral health education; financial literacy; job search and support; and resource programs and workshops to help our neighbors out of poverty.
