💙 Who's spending Wednesday morning with The HOPP?

Tomorrow is our October Pack & Pray Day of Service, and we could use some helping hands! 🥬🍎

We'll be busy packing fresh produce for our distribution partners, who help us reach families throughout Delaware, Elkton, and Baltimore.

If you have a few hours to spare, we'd love for you to join us! It's a wonderful opportunity to give back, meet some great people, and make a difference in our communities.

📅 Wednesday, October 21, 2026
⏰ 9 AM to 1 PM

We have five locations listed on the flyer, so find the one that works best for you.

Bring a friend, invite a coworker, or come on your own. We'll put those helping hands to good use! 😊

Can't make it tomorrow? Please share this post. You never know who might be looking for an opportunity to serve.

💙 We appreciate our volunteers more than you know!

📣 ELKTON, CECIL COUNTY, WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU!

The HOPP is growing, and we want more community organizations throughout Elkton and Cecil County to grow with us!

We’re looking for distribution partners who are ready to help get fresh fruits and vegetables into the hands of families throughout their communities.

Whether you're a school, nonprofit, faith-based organization, or community group, there's an opportunity for us to work together!

Here's how it works. The HOPP provides the fresh produce, and our distribution partners help us get it directly to the families who need it. It's a simple partnership that makes a meaningful difference.

Already serving your community? Let's talk about how we can serve more families together!

📩 Interested in becoming a distribution partner? Email [email protected].

And please share this post! The right organization may be just one connection away.

We’re getting ready for something really special.

On Saturday, December 5 at 7:00 PM, The HOPP will host Hope in the Dark, our inaugural candlelight dinner fundraiser at Trinity Hall in Wilmington.

This evening was created to be more than dinner. It will be a night of reflection, storytelling, community, and connection. Guests can also take part in a guided blindfold experience that highlights the uncertainty many families face when healthier choices aren't always accessible or within reach.

We’ll also have a silent auction, and we hope the room is filled with people who care about healthier communities and the work happening across Delaware and Maryland.

Tickets are $100 per person, with tables and sponsorship opportunities available for those who want to support the evening in a bigger way.

Seating is limited, and we would love to have you in the room. Reserve your seat early.

We are also looking for volunteers to help us bring the evening together. If you’re interested in volunteering, inbox us.

Come with a friend, bring your family, invite your coworkers, or gather a table and be part of an evening that will help us continue expanding access to fresh produce, healthier eating resources, and community-based programming.
