This is a powerful statement that the Word of God echoes, if we love God, we will obey Him.

That does not mean we only obey the things that we like, it means that we obey in every area that God asks us to obey him! We obey even when it takes great sacrifice which obedience usually does.

Ask yourself, when I read the Bible, or learn new things from God, am I willing to obey? Do I really love God the way I profess to?

This all has to do with a heart condition, do we love God more or ourselves more with our own desires.

Today, check your heart and ask God to show you the true condition of it!

This is called the great commission given by Jesus to His church!

I hear people say, well, "my faith is personal, it is private". Well, I can give you Scripture to prove that is not what a true faith is, this is one of those verses as we are commanded to share our faith.

I also love what it says here about the great commission, people think it is to go and introduce people to Jesus and get them saved, but that is NOT what it says, it commands us to go and make disciples.

Yes, we lead them to Jesus but then we show them the basics to grow in their faith, and if we are traveling, get them into a good Bible preaching church where they can get fed and connect with others. It all starts with sharing Jesus, but that is just the beginning.

If people go out and share Jesus and people make a confession, and nothing is done after that, they are not doing what Jesus called us to do and those people can easily get knocked down, so let's share Jesus and let's make disciples of those new converts.

We have been commanded by our Lord, and I must admit, I need to be better at this, but let's work at it today, AMEN!!!

We are told to stick to the sound teaching, the good deposit, the true gospel of Jesus Christ! We are to hold onto it in our hearts and not be moved by false teachings, especially all the false teachings out there right now. Make no mistake though, they had all kinds of false teachings then as well, it is a tool of the enemy to lead people astray, this is why we must follow Scripture, not man!

We can overcome, and we can have discernment, with the help of the Holy Spirit! This verse proves that people who follow after, and support, false teachers, do not have the Holy Spirit, or ignore Him completely! Either way, their relationship with God is not in the right place!

Hold onto the true gospel which we get from the Word of God, do not let it be hindered or influenced, hold true to it and stand on it, AMEN!!!

So many people have so much confusion as to what God does or does not, approve of.

The reason people are so unsure is a few reasons:

1) They are so wicked, they have been given over to a reprobate mind. (Romans 1:28). They hate God so much, God has given them over to their desires. This is dangerous, there are Christians out there who profess the faith, and say they love God, but they pursue, support and endorse people who hate God and go against the Word of God, they do not really love God!

2) They do not know Scripture! (Hosea 4:6). This is also dangerous, people do not know Scripture, nor do they desire to. So, what happens? They live off of what their heart tells them, which is wicked (Jeremiah 17:9), and their emotions, not what is foundational truth.

3) People follow man and not God! This is also dangerous, people are so bent on the pastor, youth pastor, worship leader, or some TV guy that is nothing more than a deceiver. I have said before people go to these emotional services, but they have no foundation based on Scripture, that is why they are deceived. Pastors lie and deceive all of the time, they are not really men of God (Matthew 7:15), and they are led by power, fame, money and other selfish things. If you are in a church where it points to the pastor and not to Jesus, LEAVE! If the pastor preaches anything other than the Word of God, LEAVE!

I see it every day in videos, pastors preaching lies and deception. there is a man in Texas who is a minister and is running for office, James Talarico and he tells everybody that God is non-binary, and yet, Jesus calls Him Father over and over, he is a liar. He says that sin is OK. LGBTQ (Romans 1), abortion (Psalm 139) Division (Matthew 12), slander and gossip and deception (Proverbs 6). Yet, people, many Christians, flock to this wolf in sheep's clothing! This is not political, this is about people's souls being led to believe lies!

You see, the Spirit of God shows me what this man says, and then the Spirit gives me the Scriptures to show me that it is wrong, so do not tell me I am judging this man with the spirit of anti-christ, God says it!

Friends, open the Bible, stay in it, if you do not want to be deceived, let the Lord teach you through His perfect Scriptures which are alive and directly from the mouth of God, AMEN! (2 Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 4:12).

I know this post is long, but let me say this, it is worth reading it if you truly care about your soul! I love and care for each person's soul, hell is real and hell is eternal, and as Romans 1 tells us, it is not just those who commit those sins who are guilty, it is also those who support those who do it and support it.

The other problem is there are cowardly pastors who will not reveal this stuff because they are afraid of offending people in the church, there may be less giving, less attendance and less of many other things, but let me tell you pastors, I would rather fear God than man! I do fear God, not man!

Read and study Scripture so that you may not be deceived, AMEN!! (2 Timothy 2:15).

Everything God does is filled with love. Everything God created for us, was done with love. Sending Jesus Christ His Son, was done with love, so yes, the earth is filled with the love of God, AMEN!!

Loving God in return is knowing the Word of God, and obeying it. Scripture is clear that love for God is obedience (1 John 5:3). In that, we should love God enough to want to learn, and keep, his decrees!

Today, look around, see the love of God, give thanks to God for it. Open the Bible and learn the decrees of God, apply the Word to your life and love God enough to obey Him! AMEN!!!

Some versions say TRAIN a child in the way they should go. Either way, we as Christian parents have a responsibility, and let's be clear, that responsibility is clear in Scripture. Teach them the things, and ways, of God! Not our opinions and thoughts but teach them Scripture. When we do share an opinion or thought, make sure we back it up with Scripture. We must teach out kids the Bible is the final authority and all things come from that.

We also teach them by living the Word of God, and man, this is a hard one for sure! We must show them how Jesus lived by us living as Jesus lived, at least the best we can. That also means admitting mistakes and apologizing and showing humility, yet another thing Jesus lived.

We are given a promise if we do this, they will remain in what they have been taught. We as parents will always pray for our children that they will walk out this thing called faith in Jesus all of their lives. We hold to the promises of Scripture and we have faith God will do it, AMEN!

Parents, we are all in this together, let's encourage each other, help each other and work together as one family with a common goal; to have all of our children represent Christ well until we are together in glory one day, AMEN!!!

The one that will come before the Lord, humbly, knowing that he is our God and our Creator and the Maker of all things!!

That we are all his creation, and to those who've received Christ as Lord, we are His children!!

If you will spend time with God, in prayer and in His Word, and of you will listen closely, you will absolutely hear His voice!!

This is a very personal and intimate passage showing us the personal relationship God wants to have with us, so spend some time with the Lord today, it'll be the best time of the day!!

This is a powerful Scripture of how when we come to Jesus Christ, and we make him Lord of our life, that we are no longer a stranger or a foreigner to God, but we become his family.

There's a false statement that's made out there quite often that everybody is a child of God, and that is simply not true. Everybody is a creation of God. When we surrender our lives to Christ, it is at that point we become God's child.

Today, become a child of God, and join the family of God by making Jesus Christ Lord of your life.
