The first teaching of Jesus Christ on prayers was that we should love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who spitefully use us and persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Our enemies are our adversaries; some of them want to harm us. However, Jesus Christ taught us to respond to them in love. This teaching of Jesus Christ was hard for so many to follow and it is becoming harder today. When I thought about this issue, the Lord asked me to read the alternative to this teaching. Here it is: "Hate your enemies, curse those who curse you. Do evil to those who hate you, and never pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you." The Lord asked me which one I preferred. I realized that the second is not of God, and it will require me having the nature of sin and of the devil to be able to fulfill it. I choose the teaching of Jesus Christ. The burden of God is light and His yoke is easy. Isn't it? Who wants to live all his or her life in bitterness and planning revenge. I prefer to do what Jesus Christ wants than become a selfish mean man.

Praise God! Our theological school has started in the remote village of Magburaka.
Thanks to Pastor Thomas Dawo!

There is a great hunger to learn the Word in Sierra Leone. Many people from the remote villages had a strong desire to learn more of God, however there was a problem.
The logistics made it impossible for the people in the villages to regularly come to the city to participate in the theological school in the city. With a strong love for God and the people in the villages Pastor Thomas has started our theological school in the remote village of Magburaka.
Pastor Thomas knows that there are still so many unreached people in Sierra Leone. So many people
that have never heard of Jesus Christ. Pastor Thomas, the staff of MFCM in Sierra Leone, and all the volunteers are working tirelessly to continue to reach the unreached.

Millions for Christ Missions completed a 3 day missions program in Benin Republic themed: Undoing the Heavy Burdens.

We thank God for its success. They prayed for individuals, families, and nations. They taught God's word to many.
