We’re officially wrapping up week one of our after school programs, so we want to introduce you to our 2026-2027 counselors!

Counselors are with their kids all year long to build rapport, establish relationships, teach them about the love of Jesus, and they provide a support system to students while they are in our care.

Here’s our counselor lineup for this year.

1st Grade: Ms. Hay Hay (Ms. Hayla)
2nd Grade: Mr. Jameson & Mr. Gavin
3rd Grade: Ms. Ashley & Mr. David
4th Grade: Mr. Darren & Mr. Elijah
5th Grade: Mr. Josiah

Middle School: Ms. Mimi (Ms. Maryhan), Ms. Olivia, Mr. Dom, Ms. Janelle, & Mr. John

High School: Mr. Dom, Ms. Janelle, & Mr. John

Is there really any other sound that’s better than kids being able to just be kids?

This is what Lifeline is here for: to provide our local youth with a safe place to come after school, get a snack, have some time to work on their homework or mingle with their peers, and learn about Christ’s love for us while they wait for parents to come pick them up after work.

Our internship program is truly incredible! It’s a year-long internship where get to learn how to pour into children, show the love of Jesus, help out in our local schools, and be a constantly positive source for our local children. Plus, we will provide you with housing, AND it’s a paid position.

Hundreds of interns have come through our doors and something that often turns them into full-time employees is how much support we pour into our staff.

We are ALWAYS looking for interns!

Our interns gets the opportunity to serve as a leader, assist local school faculty, build relationships, share the love of Jesus, and see how God works in some really incredible ways.

All internships are paid positions, and will receive free housing that is fully furnished.

We had a beautiful opportunity to surprised Connie Fulmer with a special dedication of renaming our intern housing to “Fulmer House.”

In 2011, our Executive Director at the time, Darrell Peterson, saw some homes go for sale across from our original Lifeline building. He sought after some advice from Craig Fulmer, asking if he thought it would be a good idea to purchase the homes as a means to provide our interns with a home while they worked with us during the summers.

Craig loved the idea so much that he offered to donate the money to purchase them.

Because of his and Connie’s generosity, we have been able to provide housing to hundreds of interns for more than 10 years.

Even though Craig is with Jesus in Heaven, we hope that the Lord has shown him just how much of an impact he has had on our organization, our community, the interns that have lived here, and most importantly, how he was able to equip our team members to go out and share the love of Jesus.

We are so grateful to Connie’s family who helped us pull off the surprise by unbeknownst to her, bringing her to the Fulmer House, to be dedicated in her and Craig’s honor.

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

Our after school programs will be starting on August 31st, so it's time to get your kids registered!

We offer after-school programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. It's a place where they can come to have fun, play games, and learn about Jesus.

Every year, we have a waiting list so don't wait to submit an application!
