While we love worshipping together through song on Sunday mornings, it shouldn't end there. That's a corporate extension of what we should be doing throughout the week through the way we live our lives.

Worship isn't about singing. We live our lives in such a way that we show God's worth. We choose things He would choose. We speak words He would speak. We glorify Him in every area of our lives...that's worship.

The second annual Girl’s Church Sleepover is in the books. Our theme was “Knowing Our Identity in Christ”. We enjoyed making pizza, devotions, crafts, homemade cookies, and a little bit of spa treatment. My prayer is that the Word of God that was spoken during all the activities would take root in their heart. We finished our last devotional of the night leaving our fears on the scripture wall, learning that we can trust God with our future when we are in Him. The last activity of the night was popcorn and the movie, “A Week Away”.
