WTAP District Royal Rangers

WTAP District Royal Rangers West Texas and Plains District Royal Rangers encompasses multiple counties of West Texas. Anyone would be proud to be associated with Royal Rangers!

We are here to support all the outposts across our District and see a growth in the lives of our boys. A Bright Future

Royal Rangers will be the premier, most sought after church ministry for the next generation of men in America—period! We will be affordable and practical so that every family and church can participate. As we grow, we will remain quick and responsive to learn and adapt to our changing society. Men will be eager to be trained to mentor young men in Christlike manhood; young men will be empowered to assume leadership of Royal Rangers, making it a boy-led, adult-facilitated ministry. Personal and spiritual growth will be fun, hands-on, and experiential; friendship will charge our ministry atmosphere. We will reach every boy and young man by creative methods; every Ranger will be eager to serve a God-given cause greater than self. Royal Rangers for the next generation will be marked by...
• Fun, outcome-based discipleship
• Interactive, hands-on learning
• Highly relational mentoring
• Intentional discipleship into godly manhood
• Servant leadership formation

Royal Rangers will INFLUENCE MORE boys, young men, men, and their families than ever, MORE EFFECTIVELY than ever!

Don’t end 2026 without giving your boys an opportunity to put sacrificial generosity into action—this year, we’ve partnered with Convoy of Hope as our national BGMC Master’s Toolbox project, raising funds for boys empowerment around the world.

What does that mean?

Boys growing up in communities facing poverty, instability, or social pressure, are often shaped by messages that tie their value to strength, dominance, or survival. Many are not given safe spaces to process emotion, build healthy relationships, or imagine a hopeful future.

What can we do? Together with Convoy, for just $25, you can empower a boy to receive mentorship and education for an entire year!

Empowerment and flourishing have a ripple effect:
• When a boy learns self-control and respect, family conflict decreases.
• When a young man develops hope and purpose, violence and
disengagement decline.
• When boys are included in empowerment efforts, girls’ gains are sustained.

Because of the support of friends like you, over 9,000 boys across 18 countries — spanning across Latin America, Africa, Eurasia, Asia-Pacific, and Europe — are building confidence, planning for their futures, and finding hope!

Proud of these men putting in the work to mentor the next generation of Christlike men. We thank our host Jerusalem Assembly of God, JAG San Angelo, TX for their attention and support of the Royal Ranger ministry.
